How to Login and How to Pay Assessments

We are excited to be the new managing agent for your community and are updating the community records in the HPS system. On January 1, 2018, your account number and assessment mailing address will change to ensure efficiency.  New account numbers have been mailed to each address on record.  If you did not receive a letter please email [email protected]

January 2018 Statements

A letter with your new account number, balance to-date information, and instructions on how to login to the HPS Portal with your security key has been mailed.  Most statements with January 2018 balances will be mailed the first week of January unless otherwise instructed by the Board of Directors.

How to Set-Up Your HPS Portal

The HPS portal is a free service to all homeowners and contains important information regarding your community.

2. Click on 'Homeowner Login' at the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click on 'New User? Create your account!'
4. Complete the required fields and click on 'Create my Account'. You will be required to enter a security key that is unique to your account.  Your security key has been mailed to the address on record.  If you do not have your security key please email [email protected] or call 302-227-7878. Our customer service team is here to help Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Ways to pay your association account
Automatic Payment from Your Bank Account, Credit or Debit Card: Go to and click 'Homeowner Login' in the top right corner.  You can make a single payment or set-up a recurring bill pay with most credit or debit cards from the HPS Portal.  Additionally, you can setup a single or automatic draft from your checking account through eCheck. The association uses a merchant services vendor, known as PayLease, which charges a credit card fee that goes directly to the merchant services vendor, not the association or HPS.
Automatic Bill Pay from Your Bank: Most banks offer free bill pay services that are easily setup through your bank’s on-line payment portal or you can contact your bank directly. Make payments payable to your association and send to HPS Payment Only Processing, PO Box 531225, Atlanta, GA 30353. Please make sure to include your account number.
U.S. Mail: Mail a cashier’s check, money order, certified check, or personal check payable to your association to HPS Payment Only Processing, PO Box 531225, Atlanta, GA 30353. Do not send correspondence to this address. Please make sure to include your account number.
If paying by check through your bank's bill pay service or by U.S. Mail, it is important to mail your payment to the lockbox address and not our local office. A lockbox is a service whereby a financial institution takes responsibility for processing payments mailed to a designated post office box. This service is ideal for processing homeowner association
assessments because it is more secure, reduces internal processing/handling costs (saving you money), and reduces posting delays to help improve the association’s cash flow. This lockbox system is managed by Union Bank. This bank specializes in community association banking.

Accounts with Guardian ACH Debits from Bank Accounts
If Guardian previously processed an ACH debit from your checking or savings account, you will need to set-up payments using one of the above options. Remember, most banks offer free bill pay services. If you wish to set-up automatic payment through your bank, please contact your bank.
